Pale Ale

A traditional Pale Ale made in a very non traditional way. We mashed together some Belgian Pale Malt along with some day old pizza dough and bread from our neighbors Slyce Coal Fired Pizza. This unique grain bill paired with Citra & Cascade hops makes for a great Pale Ale while helping eliminate food waste!
