Throwback Thirstday: The Steady Rise Of Sour Beer

Pucker up, baby. Sour beer is making a comeback, and we at Side Lot Brewery could not be happier about it.

If you've never tried a sour before, you're probably picturing biting into a lemon or something like that. Well, stop it. Because sampling a sour beer smacks your face with a smorgasbord of complex tastes.

If you know your beer more than most, hearing the word sour associated with it might transport you across the Atlantic and into Belgium, where bacteria-embraced brewing methods were originally perfected.

Cold brew NITRO coffee compared to regular cold brew is crisper and slightly sweeter. Even when nitro coffee is consumed black it is still creamier and silky than a regular cold brew coffee.
